Auto body repair & detailing: minor frame damage in limited area, minor dents, toyota celica

2001 Toyota Celica.  Looks like someone damaged the car while backing out of a parking spot next to mine.  A series of minor dents isolated to the area just above the driver side rear wheel, no more than a 1/4-1/2 inch impression, I was wondering what to expect to pay for repair or what my options were for self-remedy.  Thanks.

$250.00 to $500.00 To repair and refinish that 1/4 panel depending on the degree of damage and your local labor rate. To repair your self would take grinding to bare metal and filling with bondo and sanding smooth. Then primer on the area let dry and prep for paint. Paint and clear coat panel.
