Auto body repair & detailing: How to remove paint from door dents, nissan xterra, white paint

Hi Brian,

I have several small dents and scratches from my wife's white truck door on my 2001 black Nissan Xterra.  The scratches all have white paint in them.  What is the best way to remove the white paint?  I have tried rubbing compounds, but have not had any luck with them.

Get a high grit hand compound it will deffinetly take off the paint. It that doesnt work-take your vehicle to a auto detail shop they will get it off by buffing it. cost for a small panel around 50 dollars.
