I have a 1994 Honda Civic Ex, I want to know if I could put a 2000 Honda Civic Front bumber & fenders, will they fit without any major work?

The only answer to this is to call your local autosalvage yard and ask them if the two will mate. Thats what has to be done. Different civics were made in different countries.
Without comlete vin # I coulnt tell you for sure.
