Auto body repair & detailing: Move a pushed bumper?, isuzu trooper ii, side fender

Question
I have a 1988 Isuzu Trooper II which I unfortunately hit another vehicle with.  There was no damage to the little luxury sports vehicle, but my front bumper got "pushed in" this also made the drivers side fender bow a little.

I would like to move the front bumper back out, without needing to pay a body shop.  I have been looking at the way that the bumper is attached, but I am not certain what I would need to do to move it.

 Any tips?

Answer
The bumper should be bolted on, so loosen the bolts and pry the bumper back out it may take a comealong to pull it back out. If the bumper is not touching the fender but the fender is bowed you may have structual damage. You need to look real close because that kind of damage needs to be fixed by a pro.

                Hope this helps
