Auto body repair & detailing: Weather trim and paint question, goldish color, detail shop

I just bought a 2004 Escalade ESV.  My question is this:

How do i remove small scratches best on black raven paint?  I want it spotless (the truck has 80 miles on it so far but the scratch rate is horrible it seems).  All scratchs are minor and only noticeable under direct sunlight.

Second question is what about the weather stripping around the windows?  The rubber seems to turn to a goldish color?  Anyway to bring back the black goodness of newness :)

Take your truck to an auto detail shop and have them buff out the scratches. They also have the correct chemicals to clean you door rubbers to factory condition. Make shure the have a good reputation though.
