Auto body repair & detailing: Rust spots, grit sandpaper, rust spots

Question
I have a '93 ford explorer. Underneath my two rear doors, between the inside of the floor and the outside plastic trim on the lower side of the vehicle, there are rust spots about 7-10 inches long. In the middle of the spots on both sides the rust has eaten all the way through and on my wheel wells also (the wheel wells aren't as bad, I want to catch those before they get too bad) I just wondered what techniques or what I process I should use that will effectively patch the holes and prevent the other rust from spreading and getting worse. Thank you very much.

Sorry for being late my server has been down.
This is a job for a pro but, I will try to walk you through it. Rusted areas must be sandblasted. For all rust removal. Then you need to weld sheetmetal over any holes, MIG or TIG welded. then overcoated with fiberglass body filler. sanded smooth then overcoated with a good body filler sanded smooth with 80 grit sandpaper primed and painted. let me know on your progress so I can help you further. You will have plenty more questions.
