Auto body repair & detailing: sun on van, portable car ports, astro van

Hello

My van Astro van has no other place now but park under the strong Arizona sun.  
1 would it hurt much the hoses ?  how?  how often should I replace/check them or maintain them - if possible?
2 any idea to protect it?
3 there is a tree I can park it under ( a little far) but then there is that tree glue that ends up on top of the van - any ideas, please ?

Hello Gabe,
 We would suggest, if you have the room, purchase one of those portable car ports in white.  We have found them in the Sportsman's Guide which have and online site. Type in Sportsmansguide.com.   They cost anywhere from 100-300 dollars, depending on the size.  This would be a good investment considering the area you live in.
