i was wondering where my cars main ECU chip is located and also how do i remove the center console that houses the shift knob and cupholders on my 1995 oldsmobile cutlass supreme SL 3.4L V6 DOHC

Hi Nick,

Pretty sure your ECM is located in the air cleaner housing behind the left headlight. The center console is usually held in by a bunch of small screws into the floor. There may be small colored plastic block-offs hiding the screws you need to access. The actual shifter probably has two Phillips screws facing toward the rear of the car and are usually pretty hard to see. As with the console, there are probably block-offs covering the screw heads from view.
