Auto Parts: front blower, information thanks, two pieces

Question
how do i connect the blower i see two wires which one do i use.And how do i know if it is working i bought a new one.Their is a grey box over the area the blower goes in. from left to right their are two pieces that go into computer the blue one is in the right and the red one is in the left.
