Car Alarms: security system kill switch, nissan altima, alarmtek

i just got a 98 nissan altima and when i went to open it today the alarm went off did not do this yesterday the key button does not work and the car wont start the alarm finally stopped then i tried to start the car again then the alarm went off again car still wont start whats wrong
