Car Alarms: 1998 altima, nissan altima, security light

I recently purchased a 1998 nissan altima the window did not roll down (drivers side) so i took apart door and diconnected the swithces, when i put it back together the car would not start and the security light keeps blinking how do i reset the system or get my car to start???
