Car Alarms: unlocking doors, prestige alarm, site search engine

my prestige alarm I don't know the model but the remote is a aps02bt2, stopped unlocking my doors. It still locks them but will not unlock them. When I put the key in and start car it will lock the door, when i arm it it will lock the door but know it won't unlock when i disarm like it used to.
