Car Alarms: Car alarm not responding to remote, mercedes c class, clifford alarm

Question
Hi. I recently installed a Clifford alarm (3303x3 canbus upgrade) that uses the car's original factory keyless remote to arm/disarm.  I have a 09 Mercedes C-class (W204). When the car is inactive for couple of hours (for example, when I park it overnight), the Clifford alarm does not respond to the factory key (does not disarm) and there is no Clifford chirp sound, but the car unlocks/locks with the original factory chirp sound as if there is no Clifford alarm installed. The alarm is still activated when I unlock the car and when I start the car, the alarm would go off while the car remains started. When I reset the alarm by turning off the car and pressing unlock on the remote, everything goes back to normal. This only happens when I do not use my car for couple hours. What do you think the problem is? Thanks.
