Car Alarms: car alarm, resident technicians, reset button

Question
My alarm went off not knowing that i had one while I was changing out radios.The crazy alarm with multiple sounds went off so I ripped out the wires to the horn from under the hood. Now the car will not start but everything else works. I cannot find a reset button anywhere? what should I do???????????????

That's hard to say what the problem could
be without first hand inspection. If you
