Car Alarms: 1998 Yukon Alarm just installed going off randomly, clifford matrix, keyless entry systems

Hello,

  I just had a Clifford Matrix 50.5x w/remote start. Now I
still need to get the box to allow the remote start as it
shuts off after start. But my problem is every time I lock
my truck setting the alarm at some point, "no specific
timing" it will sound off and page me. My remote shows
driver door as open and my tail lights flash, my interior
lights are on, and the binkers in the front flash. I have
dome light over ride in my truck and I pushed that so the
lights wont come on, and I turned the sensitivity off all
the way but it still goes off randomly. I dont have a car
charger in the power outlet either! I do live in Santa
Clara and it is a hi tech area and the city provides
wireless wifi internet and there are power lines around in
some areas I am in. I dont know why this alarm keeps going
off becuase I eliminated the motion sensor by turning all
the way down and my pager doesnt show "shock sensor" but
shows my driver door all the time as being open and the
horn honks. ANY IDEAS PEOPLE??
