Car Alarms: Ground connections, ground connections, door locks

Question
Several wires on my aftermarket alarm/remote starter call for connecting a "(-) Arm output". It is a "500mA ground output". It does not tell me what to connect this wire to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Likely NEEDED to drive a relay for
starter kill or, door locks, trunk release,
or and add on device such as window roll up modules...
