Car Alarms: 2000 Isuzu trooper lock/unlock, isuzu trooper, double pulse

Question
I installed a remote start in a 2000 trooper.  Got everything to work exccept the door locks.  It has some sort of central control that needs one pulse to open and a double post to lock.  I tried a number of configurations and haven;t been able to make it work.  Any hints/clues/answers?  Thanks goodness it's a friend and not a client!

Answer
The lt. green/red and blue/yellow wires are the door key cylinder wires, the orange/black wire is the door key lock/unlock detection wire.  Triggering the lt. green/red and orange/black wires at the same time with a negative will lock/arm. Triggering the blue/yellow and orange/black wires at the same time with a negative will unlock/disarm. Unlock requires a double pulse.

Try splitting the (-) door lock out put to cover both wires for lock.
and do the same for the unlock. Then set up the system for double pulse door unlock if it has that capability.

That should solve it :>).
