Car Alarms: AstroStart, ford explorer sport trac, ford explorer sport

Question
I have an 04 ford explorer sport trac with an Astro2W (item number L 500HAF) auto start. I think i pressed some buttons and set it to only start for 3 minutes. For the life of me I can't figure out what to press to make it start for longer and the AstroStart website is all in French.
