Car Alarms: car alarm on two cars wont disarm., prestige alarms, 2006 chrysler 300

Question
I have 2 cars that on 1/30/09 wont disarm the batteries are fine but the prestige alarms on my 2006 chrysler 300 and 2006 Honda accord wont respond the alarm will go off but none of the four remotes will disarm the system.

Probable cause is that they lost they're individual
programming. Try a reset of the system, (check the manual
for valet/override) and see if that brings back the remotes.
If not, follow the programming produres for each, found
in the manual as well.
