Car Alarms: Car Alarm Locked !, nissan sentra, alarmtek

I am facing problem with my Nissan Sentra 1.5 (2001).. This morning I couldn't start my engine at all, and I thought it was the car battery problem.. after testing and changing all the batteries etc.. I was told that it was because of the alarm locked problem.. now when I press the remote control once, the driver door will open, and when I press again, nothing happens, suppose all other door should open as well.. pretty sure something wrong with the alarm locking system..

Previously one technician has fixed it for me once (years ago), I didn't know how he fixed it.. can you please tell me how to do it myself??

Make, model & year of the vehicle?

Please be more descriptive if possible.

"GOING OFF?"

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)=FACTORY

Or,

is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?= AFTER MARKET

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take.
