Car Alarms: Clifford Concept 650 Alarm, clifford concept 650, clifford alarm

Hi I have a Clifford Alarm with a 5 button transmitter.  The sensor siren seems to be going off randomly when large vehicles pass it when its parked.  Can you tell me how to stop this.  Also can you tell me the correct buttons to press to disable the alarm as I have been told two separate things one seems to work but the other does not.  I press Clifford Twice then the Open/Close button on the top right.  I have been told that I should be pressing Clifford button twice then the button with two ** but this does absolutely nothing.
