Car Alarms: Rattler Car Alarm Disable, rattler car alarm, rattler alarm

Question
We have a rattler alarm installed on an 01 Toyota Solara. It was garaged for a few months and the battery went dead. We have since replaced the battery but now we cannot get the car to start. The lights flash, and there are sounds but the car will not start. How can we disable this alarm? We don't care if it continues to function or not. We just want the car to be able to start and drive without any issues. Locking manually sucks but we can't afford to have this done professionally.
