Car Alarms: 03 silverado remotestart hedalites flash, viper 791xv remote start, keyless entry systems

I've installed a viper 791xv remote start with a 1700G databus interface on a 03 silverado basic model no power locks or windows or security ever thing works fine but the headlites flash slowly while remote starter is engaged this seems quite annoying and odd can i fix this not to flash.  please n thank you
