Car Alarms: rattler alarm model 300, rattler alarm, keyless entry systems

i bought a ford xl 2003 f150 in a auctioneer and it has a after market rattler alarm it has black/orange,red/white,blue,white/blue cables cut and the switch that goes their is missing can you tell me what to do?
