Car Alarms: car alarm interface with aftermarket power locks, 2006 nissan titan, nissan titan

Will most alarms be able to interface with a aftermarket power lock system? i am thinking about adding power locks to my 2006 nissan titan which i think is a cable system and want to put an alarm on i dont know to much about car alarms never did one.

after market door locks are installed.

Not too hard, but long process and can take about
an hour and a half for each door to be done right.

I have several alarms/keyless entry and remote starters that
would be awsome on this truck. :>)
