Car Alarms: panic alarm, 2003 nissan altima, nissan altima

Question
The panic alarm on my 2003 Nissan Altima likes to randomly go off. I brought it
in to a Nissan dealer and they said there was an error with the security system in
the computer and they said they fixed it. obviously they didn't because it still
goes off. It will go at random times in random places. Any idea why?
