Car Alarms: python 1000esp failsafe, python 1000esp, keyless entry systems

i am qworking on a friends 3000 gt with a python 1000 esp alarm and it wen into starter lockout mode. he doesnt have the remotes for it anymore. how do i reset teh alarm so i can finish working on the car. or how do i bypass the failsafe
