Car Alarms: J 30, resident technicians, trouble shooting

Question
Have a security system that has locked the doors and does not allow to put car in gear. Now when opening the door the horns are blaring and car won't start. but the car used and there is no remote stylist.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
