Car Alarms: Karr alarm not installed?, karr alarm system, shady practices

I was scammed into a Karr alarm system because the Guy at the dealership lied and told me the Civic 08 LX didn't come factory equipped with an alarm. I found out like a week later that he lied and now am trying to get my money back. My question is, how do I know the the Karr alarm was installed? I don't think they actually installed it. Another dealer told me what I had was the factory installed. Is there a way I can test the Karr as opposed to testing the Factory alarm? BTW, the Sales Manager lied about the car having an alarm as well. After all this is done I am going to report them for their shady practices.
