QuestionI just bought a Hornet 719t (DEI Product - 6 wire) alarm for my truck. After I paid and was walking out, the salesman says, be careful I don't want you to ruin your truck. Having never installed an alarm before, I asked him what he meant, and more or less he told me I could totally destroy my truck.
Has anyone installed an alarm in this type of truck that could tell me exactly where (or link) where the wires I need to tap into are?
I'm only using..
Power, ground, *door, and hood.
*I'm only seeing one wire for the "front left door" - Can I splice this and run a wire to the passenger door as well?
