Car Alarms: Scytek Galaxy 2000RS, galaxy 2000rs, garage installation

Question
I recently purchased two of these remote starters to install in my sons' vehicles.  In the past, I had purchased a system from 'Bulldog Security', and found it very easy to install, thanks to the step by step insallation video, and very detailed printed info.  I'm strictly a back yard installer, but had no problem with the Bulldog system.  Question - Do you know of any resource for similar installation instructions for the Scytek product?  The instructions provided aren't well suited to the average Joe like me.  If more detailed 'do it yourself' instructions are not available, do you have a recommendation for a more 'home garage installation' friendly product?  It might be smarter for me to buy another system that I can install, rather than pay the $200 average price estimate that we're getting from our local installation pros.  Any guidance for the 'do it yourselfer' would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Chad

Answer
Thats a pretty easy to install
unit as far as remote starter/keyless systems go.

And if the cars are fairly straight forward,
then difficult to do at all.

You can have a read through at www.mrinstall.com
for tips n tricks, methods etc...
and the wiring for the cars at www.wirewerx.com
Even contact the seller for the support they should
be providing you as they're customer (suggested).

Lastly, www.scytek.net for they're web site, and
contact them for installation support
& www.installsupport.com
at the forum if you get stuck.

If not inclined, then go back to Bulldog if
that suits you better.

Good luck.
