Car Alarms: Viper Transmitter Not working, optonline net, security system

I have an old Viper DEI 800 using a 494 transmitter.  I had disabled the security system a few years ago because my transmitter wasn't working anymore.  Yesterday, my battery on the car died, and when i jump started it, the security system became active.  Now everytime I go to start the car, I have to use the valet button to disarm are the alarm that is going off.  Is there a way to disable the security system without the remote.  Also, is there a way to fix my transmitter (led doesn't flash)... are there any schematics for it.
