Car Alarms: Alarm( Factory), fcc id number, control features

Hi, My alarm goes off as soon as i disarm the alarm with my key. when I disarm the alarm with the remote everything is fine. the LED that indicate the status of alarm wont light at all.i cant arm the car with keys or remote just lock all the doors with remote or lock only the driver door with key (not rest of the doors). do you know what is the problem aside from dealer?

It's an after market alarm. The use of
the key sets it off because
it does not receive a signal to disarm
the after market alarm. That's why the
remote works and the key won't.
And the "LED" usually denotes this as well.

Please go to www.keynfob.com
and identify what after market alarm system
you have there using the FCC ID
number on the back. Then try to go to the
manufacturer, and contact them directly
on the control features and functions of
your particuar alarm system.
