Car Alarms: Mopar Remote Starter Problem, negative battery cable, starter problem

Question
I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty and had the dealer install the OEM remote starter made for this vehicle.  All worked well for a week or so.  All of a sudden, the vehicle won't start.  It cranks and starts for a few seconds then shuts off.  This process repeats itself 4 times and then quits.  Any ideas besides taking tit back to the dealer and killing a day?  If I remove the negative battery cable, would the unit reset itself?  Thanks!

Answer
My guess then is that the bypass module
they installed in the ignition column
is either jarred loose, or they simply
did not install a good one.

I'd call them to arrange a repair of they're equipment
ASAP. Don't attempt to use it until they can get a
chance to inspect the work done.

Good luck.
