Car Alarms: Remote start for 2007 Dodge Cummings Turbo Diesel, dodge ram 2500, cummins turbo diesel

My son wants a Remote starter for his new 2007 Dodge Ram 2500, 6.7 liter Cummins Turbo Diesel.  I understand these take special starters. Who should I look at and what do I need for the Diesel? Is 2-way better than 1-way?  AM or FM?  He says no alarm necessary.  Are there some to avoid?  Thanks!

Lot's of different stuff out there.

2 way means you get better range.
It also does allow for confirmation
of lock and start. AM and FM is really city dependent
FM will do btter in the city, but really, 1000
to 2000 normal range is to be expected regardless.
