Car Alarms: Civic car alarm, alarmtek, honda civic ex

I have a 2002 honda Civic ex. I came out of the store and disabled the alarm and now it contines to go off. I can drive the car but it will contine to go off. But after a minute the alarm will turn off. After i turn the car off again the alarm will continue going off. Disconnected the battery and when reconnect it, the alarm continues to go off. Why does it keep goin off?

Answer
I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)=FACTORY

Or,

is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?= AFTER MARKET

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take.
