Car Alarms: Phyton 1000 alarm, radiator leak, honda prelude

Question
My son bought a 1996 Honda prelude. The dealer told him didn't have an alarm. The car performed well until he got a radiator leak couple days ago. The car would not start and when I jumped the car alarm activated disabling the ignition. He never got the an alarm key. He took a fuse off the alarm and worked fine, for few hours and noticed the Throttle Cable over heat. to the point of melting. I look at it and sure. Everytime we try to start I measure 12V in the Throttle Cable getting extremely hot. Can't find disable switch under dash board. We looked all over. Alarm is a phyton 1000. Why this is happening?
