Car Alarms: code needed, chevy aveo, theft deterrent

2004 chevy aveo-audio system has been disconnected from battery and security code is now needed to operate. I bought the car used and do not have that code.  Is there anything I can do?  I don't know if it is related, but the alarm keeps going off, so much so that we have not been using keyless entry.  Are these two things related to Theft Deterrent Feature and if so, how do I override or reset?

My suggestion to start is to have GM reset the audio code.
By accessing the security data bus,
they will also wipe the current issue setting off the factory alarm as well.

It is all tied together.

Gm does need to be in on this for desired results.
