Hello,

Any advice on a surveillance camera above my driveway?  My neighbors have/are vandalizing my car and my house.

No problem.
   I suggest that you place a wireless color camera
and use a time lapse 1280 hour VCR with digital shuttle
(I CARRY BOTH)
and get the proof needed to show the cops/judge etc...
You can put a sweet system together for around 400.

That will stop the problems. If looking to get them breaking

$400 sounds a little expensive.  What might you recommmend for under $200?  They probably wouldn't be able to do much more than $400 damage if they tried.  If they slash my tires I need new ones anyway.  I have a locking gas cap.  A broken window shouldnt' be more than $200-$300.

It can be cheaper if you don't use the VCR
but then unless you are up all night........

Can always put in a night motion sensor
system from Home depot. And maybe a wired
B&W monitor for around 200./250.00

That should save you some money, and help curb
the problem.
