Car Alarms: remote starter not starting vehicle, engine starter, remote starter

I recently noticed after getting my car fixed that now my remote starter does not work. I have the astrostart remote control engine starter and the code it said for not starting was "Engine does not crank when starting sequence is initiated." If you know of anything i can do to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

It depends of the car actually, and also what the
last service workers did to disable the system.

I would contact astrostart for some tech support as well
since the code feedback can be interperated there better,
and a fix might be faster with they're input.
