Car Alarms: won,t start, jeep cherokee, orange wire

my jeep cherokee 1994 will not start because the alarm is stuck on i want to disable it forever how do i do that please help

The 1994 Cherokee has a green/orange wire that goes to ground when you unlock the driver's door with they key.  This wire is the factory alarm disarm wire.  Grounding this wire should permanently disable the factory alarm, but may cause other issues like leaving the dome light on.  If grounding this wire permanently does cause other problems then run it through a toggle switch to ground so you can deactivate the alarm whenever needed and not cause the vehicle to do unwanted things.
