Car Alarms: pre wire, plug n play, stock

Question
the pre-wiring for $19.99 that is offered, is it just an installer taping the wires or is it a harness that plugs into the stock plugs?

Answer
I am setting up the harness for installing into
a specific vehicle. This is not a plug n play kind
of thing. Once done, the harness will be able to
be wired too that specific car or truck only.
The excess wiring will have been cut away, and
relays set up as well if required.
