Car Stereos: 2001 lincoln ls v6, extreme delay, 2001 lincoln ls

I just got a 2001 lincoln ls v6 and I wanted to take out the stock cd changer and radio and put in a Jensen UV10 nav/dvd unit or a pioneer double din in-dash dvd/nav unit. Are either of these possible?

Sorry about the extreme delay in responding to your question.  

You can install either a single-DIN flip-out unit like the Jensen UV10, or a double-DIN unit into your LS.  For a variety of reasons, I'd recommend picking a double-DIN unit if you can find one you like in your price range.

Metra makes two different double-DIN dash kits for your vehicle, in a choice of black or silver.  The model numbers are 95-5000B or 95-5000S.  The single-DIN kit is only available in black, model 99-5000.  You'll also need a 70-5519 wire harness.
