cd s are jammed in player can you tell me how to to remvove the player from dash so i can clear it.  thanks

Hi Kent,

Before trying that, try these two things:

First, make sure the car is warm inside -- they tend to jam more often when the car is cold.

Second, hold the eject button for 5-10 seconds.  Sometimes, that will get your CD(s) back.

If that doesn't work, remove the radio fuse, wait a few seconds, and then return it.  That might reset the unit.
