Car Stereos: lanzar Amp, lanzar amp, storage capacitors

Question
My Lanzar Amp seems to be not operating for some reason, I have taken all the steps of proper connection but still not working, and has been tested it works ok, on my head unit there is a blue wire labled ''POWER ANTENA'' I guess
this is the remote wire in this case, anyway I connected this power antena wire to the
remote connection on amp and ''Nada, nothing, Zero, still
not going, Please help me if you can thanks.

Answer
If you can confirm with a voltmeter that both 12v BAT and 12v remote are connected and providing adequate power, the only other thing to look at is your ground. Make absolutely certain your ground lead is at least the same guage as your 12V BAT lead and that is BOLTED with a star washer to a clean grounding point free of paint or rust.
Double check the fuse on the power wire from the battery to the amp too. Check power at the amp with a volt meter with the fuse at the battery out and then in...the storage capacitors can sometimes give you a false reading that there is a battery connection, but really what you are reading is the voltage still stored in the amp's on board caps. You should notice a slight voltage increase when the fuse is back in.
