with the nissan maximas stereo it has the option to put a cd stacker in the glove box when i took to glove box out there was one plug there would that be the one for the cd stacker? if so could i use that to run my dvd deck thrue?

That is for the cd changer, but you can only run the factory cd changer through that plug.  It will be controlled by the factory radio, and run through the factory amp.  An aftermarket player would need to be wired in totally separate.  Hope this helps, Scott
