How do i resolve that Error E? what could be the problem.

Hi,

As I understand it, error E means that the deck is looking for its unlock code and didn't get it for a number of retries, so it locked you out.

You should be able to pull the radio fuse out, wait 30 seconds, and then put it back in, and the deck will go back to 'code' mode.  Then you need to enter your deck's unlock code.  This may be written inside your glove compartment.  If it's not, then you might have to fetch the numbers off the back of the deck, and give them to your local Honda dealership to get your unlock code.
