is it possible to hook a remote wire to a 2002 laSabre factory radio

I'm not personally familiar with the 2002 LeSabre factory radio.

That said, there's a few options.  If your car has a power antenna that goes up when the stereo is turned on (and doesn't go down in cd/tape mode), then you can tap into its wire which is usually pink in GM vehicles.  Otherwise, your best bet is to simply just tap into the accessory wire and deal with the fact that your aftermarket hardware will turn on when the car is on regardless of whether or not the stereo is on.  This wire is usually yellow in GM factory harnesses.
