Car Stereos: car stereo, fuse box, radio check

my 93toyota camry le stereo wont turn on. a remote starter was connected to the battery from a previous owner it made the battery go dead when it was taken off and a new battery was put on my radio wont turn on is there a fuse or some kind of code to make it work?

Yes there is a fuse that powers up the radio, check on the owners manual and find out the location of the fuse box, then check the fuse that belongs to the radio replace if burned, some radios do have a anti-theft protection mode so if they disconnected the battery the radio probably went into anti-theft, it should ask for a security code you need to look for it on the owners manual.
