Car Stereos: Stereo, 5s, next morning

I just installed two 6x9s in my dodge an the next morning i checked it an nothing produced any sound not even the 5s in the rear but the stereo was still going what can be the problem?

Hi Joe.

I would check for a short on the speakers. you might have left a loose conection and maybe the outputs are shorting out try to get that fixed before its 2 late if you keep playing the cd player like that you might end up frying the outputs on the radio.
